What can you feel during a session?
Sometimes intense, sometimes still.Sometimes like flying, sometimes like grounding.You might feel tingling throughout your body, gentle waves, vibrations, or deep relaxation.You may experience sensations of lightness or heaviness, emotional waves like laughter or tears, a sense of spaciousness or safety, and even soft inner images or colors.Always honest. Always you.
What do you need?
Nothing but yourself, a quiet space, your breath, and the willingness to really go deep.
